Violation of powers
On May 5, a drag race took place in Bikernieki complex sports base, for which the security company Pty. "Berkuts" was responsible. Its staff blatantly violated their authority by behaving aggressively and threatening the few holidaymakers and cyclists in the forest, some of whom had stopped for a moment (on the trails in the forest without even approaching the fence) to watch the event. There were no tapes outside the fence to indicate that they should not be present. The security guards and the head of the security service himself, in order to reach the casual spectators, rode through a hooligan-cut hole in the wire fence, walked through the forest to the paths and made the people there walk away. Do not think,that maintaining order at the venue of the event also includes aggressive behavior of security guards outside the event area and violation of their authority.
