The janitor has not been performing his duties qualitatively for years
The janitor of the House of Tapeshu Street 25 has not been fulfilling his legal duties for years. We have complained regularly and by phone, meeting with an RNP representative every year, but there is no improvement. The janitor does not clean the stairwells (even dry cleaning is not done, but there is still wet cleaning, which according to the binding regulations of the Melbourne City Council must be done at least once a week. ) No broom or rag in hands. Please change the janitor, because the hygiene in the stairwells must be maintained by the residents themselves. So what do we pay for the management fee?
