Unreasonably high bills!
, have not been renovated, doors and windows are not changed, there is no renovation and insulation of buildings, which could reduce heating bills. They exercise a dominant position and live at the expense of the population. It is logical that if an astronomical bill comes in, someone may also have difficulty paying and still say permits will not turn on the heating. I believe that the new mayor should put the company in order or close it!
