BIC PEN LEAK CONCERN

Bic ball point pen black ink leaked out. I have picture of leaked pen. Pen has been discarded today because of internal leak. User’s recommendation: These pens are the best writing instruments.

Lighters just aren’t lasting as long

Either something is causing them to disperse fuel at a higher rate or they just come with less butane. Either way there has been a noticeable difference

Flame to high on lighters!

The flame on many of your lighters are way to high. Almost 3 times the old height. People are getting burned. You can even burn your eye. User’s recommendation: Go back to the original flame height.

The lighters wouldn’t work when my husband would try to light his pipe.

I bought a 7 pack of lighters, and 5 out of 7 don’t work. My husband goes to light his pipe, and the flame goes out. This has happened before. User’s recommendation: I was very pleased the way this situation was handled. VERY PLEASED.
