I bought a BIC lighter at my local supermarket, I didn’t see that it wasn’t refillable. In 2 weeks this product has become pure poison for the earth. It didn’t last long, the flame is too strong and not adjustable. In our time when we are working at producing sustainable product what is Bic doing about it?

The number bic provides for USA to call is not correct. Sometimes when t purchase bits they quit working after a few days. I pay 1.89 for each one. This is the first tinned I complained yet not the first time it happened. Help. Pat
