Reception and Dentistry
I signed up for a dentist. The day before, they call me and ask if I will. I say - I will be. I arrived in the morning - "sorry, but your doctor got sick". I say - "yesterday you could call me and ask if I will be. , But this morning - no!" In the end, I drove through the whole of Melbourne at 12. 00, but they already knew that the doctor got sick at 8:00! I'm about to leave, but then the receptionist tells me to wait for the doctor on duty. I agree. I'm waiting, I'm waiting, she calls all sorts of queues... etc. It takes 1, 5 hours, a doctor comes out, I ask - why so long and how much longer to wait? The doctor on duty is looking at me - about "what are you doing here? I'm already working full time!". I turn to the receptionist with a questioning expression, but she tells me, "Come another time, the doctor is too busy. " What a f..! She didn't know it before?! Couldn't talk to the doctor right away?! I would have gone and to work and signed up for another day. But no - she makes me wait, and in the end it turns out that nothing has been said, that I have to go home at all... Bardaks! And the attitude is colossal! In summary: I leave work for 2 hours, I sit there for 2, 5 hours, but the result is NOT.
