Poor service
Today I performed for my kitten fluff at the Usg Clinic at Pet City F. Candera Street 4. A few minutes before the visit with my kitten we came to the clinic. The receptionist asked me some questions I needed about me and the fluff and asked me to sit in the waiting room. After a few minutes, Dr. Madara Teterovska arrived and took the kitten. Viewing It took ten minutes as I sat all the time near the administrators. There were no people, the two administrators talked to each other. After the visit, the doctor brought me fluff and also gave an understandable explanation about the kitten's health. Unfortunately sad - the kitten has severe nephropathy, heart attacks in both kidneys, kidney degeneration, fibrosis. We said goodbye, thanked the administrators and went home. After driving a good piece (10 kilometers), I suddenly realized that no one asked me to pay for the visit. I called back to the clinic and then began what I want to shake my heart here. The administrator asked me to go back, which I did not agree with, because there were already plans for the rest of the day, I offered to pay by bank transfer, which is not possible. Said to temporarily "on the line" and went to talk to someone. A man came and continued my conversation (he didn't show up, but I sensed that one of the bosses was there), in an arrogant, reproachful tone almost ordered me to return to the clinic and make a payment, blaming, or in the store I did that without taking money and leaving. That the administrators did not request the moneybut didn't it occur to me that I had to pay? In the end, after a long conversation, we agreed that I went to the Pet City clinic closer to me on the acropolis and paid there, at one time I was already told there that I would soon arrive "so unpaid". Well, such yeasts remained for me after visiting this clinic! For me, the first thing I thought about was the health and diagnosis of my kittens, not whether the clinic administrators shouldn't have to ask how much to pay. Well, in the end, they lead the process, demand money, hit a check, and the like.
