Nothing changed

I bought the flex tariff and want to freeze it for a week, because the website says to them - freezing the flex tariff costs 2 dollars / week, ok me der. I wrote to them in an e-mail to which I replied that the flex tariff should not be frozen, only with other tariffs. I showed them a website written 2 dollars / week to which they replied that it was a mistake and they would correct it soon. Now nothing has changed on the website. Fraud!
