Indifferent

Very indifferent to the customer, given that they provide courier services. To receive a package in the territory of Melbourne, you have to wait for 3! days because the first day is not delivered due to "could not find the address" (although I called the customer part and gave my phone number to hand over to the courier so you can call if there is a problem finding the recipient). today on the 2nd day I call and I am wondering where my package is, it turns out that I can now receive it only tomorrow. Because the courier could not call me, because it was NOT my phone number. I gave it again today (my phone number named yesterday was not found in the database) phone no. I really hope to receive a shipment tomorrow. Although I believe that if yesterday the courier did not deliver the package due to the negligence of their employees,they had to deliver it TODAY. Exactly the same identical situation has been experienced by my girlfriend, who was not delivered for a long time due to the package, so that "I could not find the address in Melbourne and could not call the phone number, which was handed over to the customer department". In the end, she got to drive herself to her office after the shipment. Can this company call its services "courier delivery"?
