Poor service, fraud

I don't even call and don't even try to talk about a meeting at the Glendale Branch! I had 2 appointments at a certain time and both times when I was at Freedom Street 91 at the branch door, no one answered the call and so I don't call back and I don't seem to know! Completely empty version to talk about appointments!
