Bell cut my wires and fed their own wires through wall into electric panel . No service call was ordered and i dont use bell .wires were left hanging inside. My old and the new ones…stay away from my hone. These are shady people.. User’s recommendation: Go to primas internet. Cheaper and better.
bell service man installed a new box on my hydro meter stack and drilled hole in my basement wall pushing new wires through leaving them hanging in my electric panel and cutting the wires to my working rogers modem disconnecting my internet without permission without my knowledge and without direct or any contact with me.. please help...

We had changed providers, I was not in a contract so I cancelled with bell and returned all items that same day. That was Dec11th, as of Feb 17th they are still billing me monthly for services we don’t have. They won’t stop!!!
