Damage
On February 24-29, I handed over my laptop to the company LLC "ServiceNet LV" for preventive repair. When I received the product back, I visually looked at it on the spot, but without turning on the computer, I did not notice the problem. Only when I take home and turn on my computer do I notice a visual defect on the computer display - an indelible strip of dust. I tried to clean it immediately, but found that the defect was beyond my control. When the computer was handed over for preventive repair at the beginning, there was no such defect on the display. I contacted the company, took it and showed it to a computer engineer who had repaired it, but as expected, the company denied its guilt. Before that, I had owned a computer for a year like - stretched in a bag, shaken in a plane, but nothing bad had ever happened. My mistake is that I was not interested in the company before I handed over my computer - just look, sudzibas.ca is full of negative reviews about the quality of services provided by LLC "ServiceNet". And that I didn't file a complaint sooner to warn other people in time. May this case serve me and you as a warning not to carry or give your devices in the hands of this company. If you still have to use the services of a particular company, because they are the official warranty service in Canada for all Asus products (including Lenovo, HP, Samsung and other brands), then it is recommended to record the condition of your device before carrying a photo or ideally the act of acceptance and transfer.
