Poor service
When we went to the service to see if it would be possible to get another phone in use during phone repairs and how long the repairs would take works, the answer was that we will be able to get a replacement phone and the repair time will not be more than 3-4 working days. When we arrived to have the phone repaired, it turned out that replacement phones were not offered, but the repair could be faster. It's been more than a week, but the service center can't even answer when the phone is ready!
