I ordered a specific car seat and spent hundreds on it only to be told that it doesnt come in my car model after ordering. I was then told to pick a new seat and havent heard back from anybody since then.
No info at all on seat covers I had ordered..they sent tracking info but it’s impossible to follow in chinese. Still don’t have merchandise ordered on March 18th 2021 User’s recommendation: This company is based in china.
I ordered the wrong color and sent them an email including the correct color, they emailed me back to notify me they made the correction and now I’m just waiting for the shipping confirmation. As soon as I receive my product that will write a full review. So far so good I’m happy Rich
