Worst ever experience as a consumer

Bath and suite ordered from Bathstore Gloucester Thursday 1st Bath arrived and had 3 large noticeable scratches opposite to the plug end on right hand side. Terrible service, 10% restocking fee, no address for returns online

I shop online quite a bit and am familiar with common practices. Unfortunately I did not look closely enough at this company before I ordered.
