Non-professionalism
A few months ago I took a Chihuahua dog to this veterinary clinic, explaining the situation / problem, the doctor prescribed the medicine without even looking at the animal! Then, thank God, everything ended well, because the problem was not serious. It seemed strange that the animal was neither examined nor even touched. However, I thought that the doctor already knew what he was doing. A couple of days ago I took my little cat there (3 months old). He had struck actin while playing and began to appear 3 eyelid inflammation. We prescribed ointment, which should be smeared for 3 days and, if the edema did not decrease, it should be turned out. On the second day, I noticed that it didn't stay better, even worse, the eyelid was already so swollen that he couldn't even open it. I call the doctor, I ask, maybe you can start something on the same day, because the cat is really bad, to which she replied that they should smear them all 3 days. At 3 o'clock in the morning the condition was really terrible, I took him to the clinic, where the doctor told me that + everything he still had had an infection there. When I asked about the operation, she told me to wait 12 hours because the cat could not feed for so long before the operation. Telling about the operation, she told me that the cat may not be able to undergo anesthesia, that if there is a lot of damaged tissue, the eyelid may even need to be taken out... I was shocked, at the same time angry that you did not take when I called and said he didn't get any better! Then I wrote down the operation the next morning. When I got home, I noticed that the swollen whip was already bleeding for him. I called the doctor, said that the situation was really serious and could not wait until morning, to which she replied that she could not help today and, if it got worse, there were also day clinics! We called the 24-hour veterinary clinic of "Dr. Steins" Ltd., located at Gertrudes Street 101. There we were told to go there immediately. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very nice and knowledgeable doctor who explained the whole situation to us.. And what do you think.. The cat made a small incision under the eye, cleaned everything that was accumulated there, prescribed us medicine to be smeared at home and for the next day scheduled another visit for re-cleaning. Now he feels much better, the swelling is gone and the eyelid is completely open! :) Here it is.. where in one place we were told that we had to perform a rather severe operation, that the animal could not even endure and be left without an eye, there in another place it turned out that the problem was NOT SO terrible! Probably someone is satisfied with the Lion clinic, as well as the doctors working in it, but I wanted to share my experience. That it happens too! ;)
