I have been a long-time BBVA customer and have received nothing but exemplary service from the Scottsboro Ala. branch. However, an employee at the Ft. Payne Ala. branch manages my brokerage account. I have never been able to reach her by phone and she never returns my calls. Her voicemail greeting says I am on another call....

Ive been told a check was sent by 3 different people from BBBA in Columbia – Only to find out no check was sent . Its going on over 40 days . Ive faxed in documents and receipts. This is insane , and nobody speaks English
3 fraud charges on my debit card for play station games. BBVA accused me of lying and told me to take up with play station. I still don’t have a new debit card and to of the charges have gone through. It has been 37 days. I went to the bank twice to have new card reissued...

BBVA told me to take it up with Play station. The fraud department accused me of lying. We went to the bank and they still have not sent me a new debit card. It has been 37 days. User’s recommendation: We are considering closing our account and choosing a different bank.
No compulsory lectures take place
There are simply fascinating things going on in this school... yes.. learning Environmental Design does not teach us compulsory subjects, but for whom interior designers can't do anything (ergonomics, materials studies, computer programs_ 3 DMax), unfortunately AutoCad just started teaching us 2. although it must already be taught in the 1st year so that you can draw plans and furniture.. it could continue about this BIA school and the riots in it. Although the director of the design school, if you can call him, then he knows that diploma theses are bought, the same thing told us in the 1st year... fact... and the money is paid to get education, knowledge in their specialty, not a waste of time and material...
