Mobile phone defect
My Nokia Lumia 720 is one year and 5 months old, purchased from AuMobile. After about a year, the phone appeared to freeze / freeze / hang, the side keys for both soft and hard restart did not work and the only way to remove the battery is to wait for the battery to settle. Twice there were warranties for repairs. 1st time I reinstalled the software, 2nd time changed the screen - none of it helped, at 3rd time I wrote an application that I give up the phone because there is a defect / poor quality product to exchange for an equivalent one. It took 3 weeks, the phone was sent to the "Partner service" in New Zealand - who did not find any fault, everything is in order! The claim was, of course, rejected in writing by sending a letter on behalf of AuMobile Retail & Logistics Pty... (it is nothing that when handing over the phone to the AuMobile service center it could not be turned on... ) but who is interested in it... At the moment I feel "thrown" and do not know what to do? Can anyone suggest anything? It is possible that if you have not requested that the phone be replaced, but re-repaired, the phone will be repaired once again.
