Unhappy, misbehaving drivers
I often use taxi services, but I'm very unpleasantly surprised,  even shocked, by pandas taxi driver attitude!  Rarely, if someone answers with - "hello", shows dissatisfaction, if I pay with a bank card,  repeatedly suffocated if I have in my hand shopping bags to not smear the car seats . One driver didn't even turn on the meter and asked me for a fancy price.  The most difficult thing is to endure the inadequacy of drivers and disrespect for the customer, even basic things like - "hello", "on appearances" rarely exist.  One should think about customer service - after all a person pays money for service and in the end it even feels awkward and unpleasant! No customer in a hotel or restaurant, or elsewhere, is expected with a sour face and almost with disgust is served!  No one in the world has seen such an attitude and service, I do not consider it normal and acceptable! No matter how difficult the job, the client remains the client.
