How tired I am of this shit... I'm waiting for December, when I finally end the 2 - year plain and I'll turn it off. 3 - 4 - 5 times a week the internet disappears steadily for a while, usually for about 15 minutes, but there were cases for 2 hours. Coming up apparently their information phone operator is sleeping and calling them is unrealistic! Once the internet was down for 2 hours I called them either about 20 - 30 times and the whole time was either unanswered or busy. So I couldn't call them (at night) for 2 years. As far as I understand the internet disappears because the router always gives birth to updates and it is at this time that the internet disappears. It may not matter to anyone, but I play computer games and imagine what it meanswhen the internet disappears during a raid! The main thing is that this is the most expensive internet in Melbourne, for which I pay 27 dollars every month! About what?! I'm very, very frustrated and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
