Worst online costumer service ever

Ordered >;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;$100 worth of product 11/30 today is 12/19 and nothing called and called and they never picked up, chat online and tried to cancel and get refund and they just disconnect or do nothing. Purchased buy 3 get 3 free, but was charged discounted prices for ALL 6 items, instead of get 3 items free. The cashier said” it’s like getting them free” this is not what I was told,

Signs in store clearly says ” buy 3 get 3 free. I was charged discounted prices for ALL 6 items. Not getting my 3 items FREE. This doesn’t sit well with me. Cashier tells me, it’s ALMOST as if you’re getting it free. Is it FREE or not! Please explain this to me.

Terrible customer service and customer dissatisfaction,

I set my alarm to get up to order on candle day. My order was successfully processed and awaiting shipment. I had to reach out to someone there yesterday to find out when I would be receiving it. Then I received a response back stating they were out of stock. Nope….
