Information Workers
Hello. I wanted to draw attention to the information sitting ladies of the Melbourne Maternity Hospital. I see such very rude women for the first time working in the service sector. Digging with my index fingers, the greatness was gestured that she was sitting there in a special way, how can I disturb her at all, with questions of interest to her. Without even being able to even ask the question, I was shouted with an elevated tone of voice whether I was giving birth. And if I give birth, then I have to go to the reception department instead of standing at the information box of the mighty lady. I was shocked if such people really had to work in the service sector, if they didn't even know how to answer people's questions in a normal tone of voice. I also think that no one deserves such treatment, because the tough ladies still get paid from taxpayers' money. Maybe you should think about changing staff,because much younger people would be more open to visitors to the Melbourne Maternity Hospital.
