Rotten Lettuce Is Acceptable

I ordered a chicken caesar salad wrap to have it delivered to my house to find out the lettuce was completely rotten and literally BROWN. I calmly complained to the basil's pizza manager and he told me it's because I didn't pay for the actual lettuce that it being rotten was acceptable! The complaint eventually got heated... Read more➤
