Non- fulfillment and non-notification
For the second time in six months, you have to complain about this damn institution! We placed an order (pillows + trampoline safety net) the pillows arrived within 3 working days as stated on the website, but the trampoline net did not come! to which there was no reaction from this institution - we called every day, another even twice a day (which lasted 5 days) and to which no one can answer anything, because the website shows that the order has been fulfilled! At the 6th or 7th call, I was finally answered by a person who knew that the order had been sent back to the warehouse and had not entered the parcel terminal - which I am dissatisfied with - because I can't know the size of this parcel - and whether it will enter the parcel terminal. began to lie - so far the package has not been in stock at all and now I will send it for the first time: D to whom I will consider him... in the end I agreed to send it again, but since 10 days have passed since the order was placed, let it be done more quickly - promised to be the next day! The next day, of course, nothing had arrived, I gave an interval of the day and called to me - who sees that the courier has picked up and will be today! not that day or the next day - so on the evening of the call, to which the operator answers me unkindly again - as if I were to blame for not bringing the package to me!
