It's just mind-boggling what arbitrariness happens at the Telstra office! :( Introduction (I am a business customer for them) : 05/02/14 I receive another monthly invoice with the invoice payment deadline 19/02/2017, but I also paid it the same day - even more than was necessary. Shock!: yesterday 18:10 I arrive sms from Telstra with the following (quote) : Your connection to the credit limit is exceeded because outbound services are limited in order to restore the possibility to use outgoing services, please make invoice or advance deposit maksajumu. Jusu Telstra " I certainly do not no idea what's going on at all! And the funniest thing on Telstra business mobile I can't call!- because OUTGOING CALLS ARE CLOSED TO ME! (not limited!). It is good that there was another phone with xMobile connection, calling Telstra tells me that I need to write an application, which will be considered and MONDAY! communication will be restored... Monday! But the main thing about what? What an unpaid bill?! The bill is even overpaid! And close your phone without warning! The purest money fraud for a person to run to pay someone else's money so as not to be left without communication for the holidays - a cold Telstra calculation! So today I will go to their branch office in Armidale to write a claim! It is blatant ridicule and scams that they will lose because of their incompetence.
