Device repair period
On August 4, 2019, a tablet computer was purchased, an additional warranty of 120 dollars was purchased, extending the warranty period to 5 years. In June 2020, the computer broke down - the battery did not charge. On June 5, 2020, RD was repaired. Repair time promised up to 4 weeks. Until July 24, 2020, without receiving any information, I went to the store, I did not receive an answer, promised to call. On July 26, 2020, I received a call from the service center - I was told that the battery warranty is only one year, and that by compensating for the delay, I will replace the battery for free within two weeks - that is, until August 9. On August 14, 2020, still not receiving information about the completion of the tablet repair, I contacted the RD service by phone - the woman told me various nonsense about the seasons by phone,that they were in control of everything, etc., but I did not receive an answer as to the reason for the delay. Be prepared that when you buy a product in an AZ Store and even buy an additional warranty, you will not receive normal repair services if something happens to the product! Unfortunately! I will no longer purchase equipment from this store myself.
