14 day return of goods
I received a defective phone from the box, I returned it a few days later. The service report was dragged for 30 days, in the end I said there was no defect, although I filmed a video showing it, I asked for a refund or sent the same product only without a defect, to which I was suddenly told that the plastic cover of the phone was scratched and % of its value.
