Bad care in Emergency room

My wife was brought in for a hip fracture of a hip that had been previously surgically repaired. The nurses in the ER are uncaring and unresponsive to patient needs. She was in the Emergency room from 11:30 am and I arrived at 4 pm. We did not see a nurse in her room…

Lack of cohesive care

If you are diagnosed with cancer, especially pancreatic cancer, look into Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Hopefully your insurance will cover it. Banner’s approach to cancer treatment is disjointed. Not only is communication poor between one’s PCP and oncology specialists, the lack of coordination ends up costing lives that matter. User’s recommendation: Dismal.

Unable to receive a response to many calls and faxes re scheduled tests

Saw Dr Lawrence Kelley Feb24 and MRI was ordered. Confusion over a new pacemaker required a different facility conduct the tests. Numerous delays caused my insurance to deny coverage and requested Dr. Kelly to request a pier to pier conference. No request was made and p to p was cancelled. Poor service

Of course, everything is very cool and so, but it would be quite nice if someone who worked in such a place would work can read from a leaflet. If you go home with the ordered food and realize that you don't even put everything you pay for there, it's a pretty stupid feeling. If the lady can't read the leaflet I order, that's how it is. :))
