Non-Refundable

I have previously written about an undelivered item and a non-refundable refund. I had sent an application to Ptac, and I would also send the application to the police if the money was not returned. The money was returned the next day. If it had been 10 or 20 dollars, then I would probably not fight with them, but more than 600 would have landed. Good luck! I will never buy anything with unknown companies on a prepaid basis. Tough training.
