Poor service
Samsung powerbot dusting robot. Bought in an elkor store on August 1, 2019. It stopped working in the middle of 2020 - when it is at its base (charging station), it worked as it should. The battery indicator flashes to indicate that it is charging, but turns off immediately when you leave the charger. It can only be switched on again by pushing it back to the base. I took the toll to the elkor service on 30.06.2020 (sia baltijas Service) by presenting a warranty card. I was told that I should also present a purchase receipt, which I could not immediately find, but the robot was accepted for repair. I said I'd submit the check as soon as I found it. The robot was under repair until 11.09.2020! I had called several times, I was told that they were waiting for the ordered parts.!?! 2 months! And when I drove a repaired robot on September 12, 2020, I had found a purchase receipt - I was told that the check was submitted late and the repair is not carried out under warranty. But as if adjusted the discount. After the repair, the robot worked, but not as before. There were many oddities (prolonged rotation about its axis; only one square meter of cleaning; very often could not find its base; cleaning, driving without a vacuum cleaner on, etc.), but all the oddities were irregular until this year, in January 2018 the first defect appeared again - shuts off when leaving the base. Taking into account the rules of the American service: the fact that after their repair the warranty is 3 months, the repair will have to be done again with your money. I am dissatisfied with such service, terms and conditions and do not want to turn again to the American service I have had another experience with the repair of electron service, a positive experience, so this time I will turn to them.
