I couldn’t get anywhere with Banggood. The cost of returning the item back to China (they shipped to me from New Jersey) was equal to the price I paid for the item. I called Paypal and complained giving all details. PayPal resolved the issue to my satisfaction. User’s recommendation: Do not buy from Banggood.
Received two items I purchased from Banggood,one worked ,but the didnt. Once the goods are delivered by the couriers service,the courier service automatically notifies that the goods are delivered. On receipt of this information,Banggood removes the item from your listings,thus removing my ability to lodge a complaint about faulty goods. I have had no response from Banggood... Read more➤

Item was defective

Controller does not work. Brand new and never used and tried several brand new batteries but controller just flashes red.
I received the it above iv working order but in just short of 3 weeks with minimal use the motor failed. To this I supplied evidence uploaded to YouTube as asked and the sku code on the box.
