Broken item received

I have send multiple Pictures and proof of the item conditions .I guess I will be contacting my credit card company ASAP . User’s recommendation: Get it from Amazon.

Non received batteries

ordered some lipo batteries on the 2nd of July, tracking info sais they have been at the airport since the 7th. How long do I wait until I can assume they have been lost or that I won’t be receiving the batteries thru the post? Its now the 20th.Thanks
