Termination
I'm having trouble terminating the contract with a bit. The contract is for a brother who is in a serious situation in the hospital, with whom it is not possible to contact, so it is not possible to get his signature on the application, and there are strict restrictions now during covid distribution! I called the operator, I explain there is legislation that provides for the procedure for termination of the contract, a signature is required, things must be settled through a notary. Brother made regular payments, or really in such a situation the bee can not face and terminate the contract, I sent to the bee info e-mail application, no answer yet. The operator also told me that after a month (the number is currently blocked), if the number is not used, it will be unlocked. Of course, I can pay for it a month to be, if the bee is already so poor. But,whatever its legislation, I think it should be treated differently from a human point of view, and that such difficult life situations should be dealt with, rather than being sent to a notary.
