The security deposit will be returned to pay the bills within the next few days... Outgoing calls were opened for us. I am abroad, I can not call operators, but no one is interested. I just promise and I'm waiting... Absurd! With that attitude, I wouldn't recommend anyone to be a customer of a blue company.
