No mail delivered

Mail does not arrive, sometimes we found mail at a different address. Postmen open letters from abroad because they hope there is money and thrown away, especially at Christmas. I do not understand that you can confuse the streets of such a small town and why the postal government does nothing. Sometimes illiterates work there.
