Denial of service

We wanted to have a robotic vacuum cleaner repaired before calling and finding out that they were working with the manufacturer's equipment (including the vacuum cleaner).) repair. Upon leaving the site, the service was refused "we do not accept the goods purchased from this seller". The seller is one of the largest online stores in Canada. The attitude on the part of the employee was rude and conceited, bordering on rude. To the extent possible, discontinue using this business.
