Hello! Today I was simply amazed that I had bought 3 trips for an e-ticket yesterday. I go to work, everything is fine - I flirt, everything as usual. When I walk away from work in the public, I beat myself automatically, not paying much attention, because I still have 2 more trips. Inside the control and say I'm not pissed, I explained that I should be pissed. The controller says that the card shows that it is not registered and that I do not have a trip, that there is one registered in the morning. I show that I have bought 3 trips in 7-11. In the end I will have to pay a penalty of 5 dollars (but I read the law, if there is a customer card, then the penalty will cost 3 dollars). I went to 7-11, there I was told that there was one more trip left. In a word, I'm like an honest person I buy trips, but because of the system's predictions I have to pay a 5 USD penalty + I have been deprived of 1 trip from the card (+ to the house will come with).
