Incorrect information

In a phone call, ask if there is a 100 USD loan for an unemployed person who receives a benefit of about 300 USD did not say anything, but requests private information (account printout for 3 months, which shows that the credit history is perfect), then the credit is refused (100 USD for 5 days!) I recommend to advise why request private information if you know your credit will be denied
