Deposit ATM

We have been using this bank's services for the last time. You have to transfer 25 USD to the account, contributions to the ATM. When I put in the money it showed that only 5 USD had been put in, 20 USD disappeared. I went to the employee, showed everything and said when the ATM collection would be done, then the money would be returned. It took 10 days and said that there was no 20 dollars. Where then did that money go? Collectors pulled out?
