At the ORTO Clinic (Clinic of Orthopedics, Sports Traumatology and Spinal Surgery) I have visited an orthopedist and physiotherapy and I would like to tell you about the unpleasant experience. I admit that the specialists in the clinic are professional and "quoted" high, but the attitude of the clinic staff towards the clients is terrible. Some examples: 1) when you first come to find out which specialist is better to turn to, the receptionist clicks "Thirty lats!" Instead of the answer. This is her first communication with me as a potential client. 2) a visit to the doctor is scheduled at a specific time, but the patient must wait an additional 25 minutes for the doctor to arrive; and so twice in a row. I think it's disrespect for my time. 3) when calling by phone, the call is terminated, saying that you have to wait; I agree and on the next minute I hear the employee's conversation with another client, all his problems, personal identification code, etc. After a while I hang up because it becomes clear that I have already forgotten about me. And you have to call yourself. In a private clinic, I don't think that should be the case...
