Poor service
I bought my mother a tablet for Christmas in the AuMobile store, after 1/2 year the spots appeared on the screen and the tablet turned off even though the battery was full. When the tablet was taken to AuMobile, it took about two weeks, after which it was announced that the tablet has a protruding (deformed) USB socket, therefore the warranty has been denied and diagnostics costs 20 €. The answer to the objection that I have no claims against the USB socket was that such a decision has been made in srvis and it will certainly not be changed. I understand that the tablet was not from the most expensive end, but if AuMobile is committed to selling it, then the warranty should be normal. Later, when interested, I have heard very similar grief stories when AuMobile is looking for reasons to just deny the guarantee. Disgusting office... / p>
