Tried calling about an order not received, no one answers, instead a recorded message says to submit all questions thru the eBay website I have submitted the questions twice, the first time 5 days ago. To check on my refund

I sent my dolphin pool cleaner back. On May 5th and still have not received my refund. When I called the store in TX the clerk says they did not receive anything, and they don’t mail their products. But I have the proof of delivery. User’s recommendation: Dont buy from them.
