Internet problems
Every day there are problems opening a website, be it tvnet.org, yahoo. com, hotmail. com, kpa.org or sudzibas.org. after several minutes the page is running. I complained to Optus - answered by phone to restart the router - then the TV also disappeared. : D Operators don't know what they're talking about. When there is no internet or TV for 4 hours, a technician arrives and puts another one on the old router. Optus claims that there is no problem with the router, because everything is working on his old computer. I tell the operator, the technician, that when using Telstra mobile internet, all pages work for me without exception. Connecting to another wi-fi - everything works. but Optus continues to claim that it is not their problem that is the fault of the computer. How many times can I say that if there was a computer fault,then the Internet would not go to another operator either. A year ago, when I lived in another district of Melbourne, Optus operated all web pages on the same computer. I moved and took Optus with me, and re.. problems for several months that are not solved. I don't usually complain, but if you start talking nonsense and don't take responsibility, it's already annoying.
