At the suggestion of acquaintances, we signed up with the back doctor at Art Gulbis Ortho Clinic. The price of the visit increases - 50 dollars, but what you will not do for health reasons. Knowing how the back doctors look during the first visit, because they already have experience with other family members, we expect to do the same - bend over, stretch, change, ask questions, eventually tidy up the spine for a while so that the pain subsides and the diagnosis is told. Well at least 20 minutes as usual elsewhere, the doctor will pay attention. Given that a magnetic resonance imaging has already been performed on the hand, which already tells the doctor about the diagnosis, we did not even think that it could be any different. The visit to the doctor took 4-5 minutes. It was neither examined nor thoroughly questioned. All that was written was a new magnetic resonance transmission, which cost 200 dollars. At the reception to the question, for which then pay these 50 dollars-the answer sounded - about the time the doctor spent on the patient. About 4-5 minutes? About the ink you wrote in the posting lobbying your body? Was this fee invested in the patient's treatment or just paid for the ink used by the pen when writing a new appointment? What to do for a patient who has lost his time, waiting in line with pain, lost money that could be invested in treatment with a more honest doctor or procedures. How much does a patient's frustration cost? If such a 5-minute "consultation", if it can be called it, costs 50 dollars, then how much will it cost if the doctor / clinic still thinks to be more honest with the patient? Thousands?
