calling relatives

a debt collection company is calling my relatives, even though I personally contact them, but if I can't answer to her call they immediately call a relative. my emails to them are ignored, if I have any problems with the deposit I notified them by email, be sure it is not taken into account at all, isn't it an offense? what can I do?
