I considered upgrading my shipping but based on their 6-8 day ground shipping I had enough time for the ground shipping, and the package was shipping from Michigan to Ohio, so I wasn't concerned. Poor service

Today we went to the maternity hospital, we did the tests for the little one (paid service), the record was moved to us today, when we came we were told that by accident two records were made at the same time, of course, I do not blame anything, because it happens in any way, but when I went to pay for services at the box office, the woman in a rude and cumbersome tone informs me that she can not pay. How can not? Well just clear! Of course, I declare that I do not have cash, because the current situation is as it is and I recommend to pay by card everywhere else. And the problem was that her working day ended after 25 minutes, the terminal had removed the report. When I asked where to pay, I threw my bill and wrote it in my account number! I wish you a nice day, but know about the attitudeto pay for our service. If you do not want to work to sit at home, many now do not have a job. I understand that there may be bad days, but don't hurt others. 25 minutes is a lot, why can't I pay for the service on the spot?
