Refusal
On July 7, 2020, during work, I had a conflict with a woman named Novikova Larisa who tore a precious metal chain (silver) and a bracelet from my hand, which I had a dear memory of.. 09. 07. 2020 I received from [a police summons stating that this incident was not a criminal offense and a refusal to initiate criminal proceedings. My property was also not returned. If robbery in a public place is not a criminal offense in the opinion of the police, then what is considered such? The police summons also mentioned that I can appeal the decision to the Melbourne Central District Prosecutor's Office within 10 days. which I don't have much to go to the prosecutor's office yet? In my opinion, it would be the duty of the police to find and punish this woman.
