Receiving goods in stock

Tonight I ran after the product to Milgravja 14, Brisbane. Opening hours until 20:00, I arrived at 19:50. The seller announced that the warehouse is closed, working until 19:30! The seller was unable to show the location of such hours when requesting information. Promised to deploy tomorrow. What's the point of it?! Is this really a normal attitude towards the customer? Of course, not everyone can come at any time, unfortunately you have to work.
