Poor service
We went to change a defective product after 4 days - moto lock. (bought on 02.05, returned on 06.05.) employees did not know how to explain anything, said that after 2 days (08.05) will give a message with the results. 5 days have passed, there was no news. 10.05 we left again and the seller can't provide any info again, and the manager can only arrive after 2H! When we asked for the money to be returned because there was a defect and he was already gone in higher tones, then the manager, suddenly, could come down from the SECOND FLOOR! Explaining that nothing can be done. Only then, at 10.05 was it allowed to write a return deed, about which, probably no other employee was informed sooner! And the examination takes place again within a month, although the mocim lock is already needed now! Need to buy a new one again! I understand it can happen to anyone, but I had expected fast and high-quality service from such a well-known company if I had to sell a defective product, through their fault or from the base where the product was purchased. But in this case, due to the incompetence of employees, customers who shop from you several times have to suffer. Defamation!
