I ordered a tablet, paid, received a payment confirmation email. On the second day I received info by e-mail that the order has started to be executed - I am glad. After 4 days I get a call where I am told that there is no goods! How can I send information that the order is already being fulfilled and then state that no?! And then it started: "if you want the same product, you have to pay extra, because at that price nothing is available to us anymore", when I did not agree to pay anything, promised to think, find out and disappeared for several days. Most of all I "like" its attitude - call once, I can't pick up, of course I don't call unfamiliar numbers, but these call after three days and still "rush in" - we could not contact you.Shouldn't I call several times, as some have already written here, I don't have to carry the phone in my hand. As I understand it, this has not happened to me at first. At the end it is announced that since the product cannot be delivered to me, the money will be refunded, but I will receive it only before the holidays, and not right now, super, there is no product or money. Yes, the money will be, but I would need her now to be able to buy such a product elsewhere. As a result, I remain in a situation where I do not have a gift for a child, because I have been in a vase behind my nose for 2 weeks now and there is no money to buy elsewhere. Is this normal? At least none of my wide circle of friends and acquaintances all over United Kingdom will now use the services of this online store!
